1. Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared within 1–5 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
Delivery within Saudi Arabia usually takes 3–15 business days after the order has been prepared.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, and circumstances beyond our control.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are entered correctly at checkout. Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information are the customer's responsibility.
If an order cannot be delivered or needs to be reshipped due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect delivery information, additional shipping fees may apply.

2. Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The return request must be made within this period. Requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Once the returned item is received and inspected to ensure that it meets our return requirements, the refund will be approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or an incorrect item was sent.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error made by the store.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
If the size is not suitable, you may request an exchange for another available size.
We cannot guarantee the availability of the requested replacement size or item.
Exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or an incorrect item was sent.
Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

4. Sizing Policy

Please carefully review the size guide available on each product page before placing your order.
Choosing the correct size is the customer's responsibility. However, you are welcome to contact us before placing your order for assistance with sizing.
If the selected size is not suitable, an exchange may be requested in accordance with our Exchange Policy and subject to size availability.
Fit may vary slightly depending on the design, cut, and fabric of each garment.
If there is a significant discrepancy between the actual measurements of the item and the measurements stated in our size guide, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can review the issue.

5. Sale & Discounted Items

Items clearly marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased using a discount code, but which are not marked as Final Sale, remain subject to our standard Return and Exchange Policy unless otherwise stated.
If a discounted item has a manufacturing defect or an error was made by the store, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can assist you.
Please carefully review the product details and offer terms before completing your purchase.

6. Custom Orders & Alterations

We may offer custom orders or alterations on selected pieces, such as length adjustments, specific measurements, or custom sizing, depending on the design and feasibility of the requested modification.

All custom order details and alterations must be confirmed before production begins.
Custom-made items and pieces produced according to special measurements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to a change of mind or simply because the customer no longer wishes to keep the item.
When requesting a garment based on custom measurements, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements.
We are not responsible for an improper fit resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Any additional alterations requested after production has started may be subject to additional charges, depending on the nature of the alteration.
Custom orders may require a longer preparation time than standard orders. The estimated preparation time will be communicated upon order confirmation.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or a clear discrepancy between the finished item and the agreed specifications, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can review the issue.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the item and its packaging.

After reviewing the case and confirming that the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will take the appropriate action, including an exchange or refund where applicable. The store will cover the shipping costs associated with confirmed cases of error or defect.
